Extrude a compound sketch (outer + holes) to a given distance.
Parameters
- sketch: CompoundSketch
  The compound sketch to extrude.
- height: number
  Extrusion distance.

      extrusionProfile?: ExtrusionProfile;
      origin?: PointInput;
      twistAngle?: number;
  }
  Optional direction, profile, twist angle, or origin overrides.
Returns Shape3D
The extruded 3D solid.
