Interpolate a smooth BSpline curve that passes exactly through the given points.
Parameters
- points: Vec3[]
  At least 2 points defining the curve path.
- options: InterpolateCurveOptions = {}
  Interpolation options.
Returns Result<Edge>
An Edge representing the interpolated curve.
