Extrude a sketch to a given distance along its default (or overridden) direction.
Parameters
- sketch: Sketch
  The sketch to extrude. Consumed (deleted) by this call.
- height: number
  Extrusion distance.
- Optionalconfig: {
      extrusionDirection?: PointInput;
      extrusionProfile?: ExtrusionProfile;
      origin?: PointInput;
      twistAngle?: number;
  }
  Optional direction, profile, twist angle, or origin overrides.
Returns Shape3D
The extruded 3D solid.
