Tag selected faces with a string name.
Parameters
- shape: AnyShape<Dimension>
  The shape containing the faces.
- selector: Face<Dimension>[] | ((face: Face<Dimension>) => boolean)
  Array of faces, or a predicate function.
- tag: string
  The tag name to assign.
Returns AnyShape<Dimension>
The same shape (tags are stored externally).
